Make Your Turbocharged Homemade Energy Drink Powder at Home

‘Health is Wealth’ and no other quote is truer than this. I am quite conscious of my health as I know my beauty and my eventual happiness depend largely on it.

So I will be sharing with you here the recipe for homemade energy drink powder to help you maintain your health—no need to buy it from the market as it comes with several unhealthy additions.

Not all Brands are Worth Banking Upon

We all stock in our kitchen some energy-boosting drink powder, don’t we? So many big brands are marketing their respective energy drink powders as the only choice we have to keep ourselves energised and revitalised.

Some are very expensive while others are not as energetic a drink as they claim to be. Lastly, they always have some form of preservatives to stretch the shelf life.

Why would you spend your money on energy drink powder when you can easily prepare homemade energy drink powder at home?

It Is More than Just Energising

Moreover, the recipe for this homemade energy drink powder is more nutritious and more effective in boosting your vitality.

  1. It is good for your skin and hair.
  2. It is good for your bone health.
  3. It is good for your immunity.

So, What You Need to Do?

That’s the main part of this blog you are waiting for, aren’t you? Well, Me Too!

No need to make it in a huge quantity. You can easily make it on a regular basis or as and when you wish to relish the highly nutritious power-packed drink.

INGREDIENTS

  1. 3 Soaked Almonds
  2. 2 Soaked Walnuts
  3. 2-3 Dates
  4. 1 teaspoon of Mixed Pumpkin seeds + Sunflower Seeds + Sesame Seeds
  5. ½ teaspoon of Chia Seeds (optional)
  6. ½ inch of Raw Turmeric
  7. A small cup of Milk

RECIPE

Grind together all these ingredients and add to the lukewarm milk. Just like the way you add the market-bought energy drink powder to a cup of hot/lukewarm milk.

It is that simple. I will not suggest something that will take loads of time and effort to prepare and enjoy.

Remember

It is highly nutritious. Do not exceed the quantities mentioned for a cup of milk as each of these are super food items so might take longer to digest. You can dilute it using drinking water.

Only 3-4 days a week. Not every day.

It keeps you full for a sufficiently long time. The ideal time is to consume it at breakfast. I sometimes take it in the evening and then have my dinner after two hours.

You decide when you will give it a shot and enjoy a tasty dose of good health.
