Identify Pure Turmeric Powder & Intake It Correctly

Yellow Yellow is a Healthy Fellow. And, its name is Turmeric!

The benefits of turmeric cannot be enlisted in just one blog. It is a super herb.

Turmeric is a blessing to the human world by the universe. Nevertheless, even the finest of the things used inappropriately won’t yield the desired effect.

Many people do not know the correct way of including turmeric in their diet. Also, many of us are not sure whether the packed turmeric powder we are buying to benefit our health and skin is pure or not.

In this blog, today, I wish to share some important information on turmeric with you my, reader buddies.

So without wasting much time let’s begin.

Take half a teaspoon of the Powder and dissolve it in a glass of normal water. Notice how it is dissolving into the liquid.

If it dissolves and gets diluted immediately into the water, leaving behind an overly bright yellowish pigment, you should know that the turmeric powder is adulterated. It won’t benefit you. Instead, it will damage your health and your skin (if you apply it).

Pure turmeric powder doesn’t dissolve instantly into the solvent you are mixing it. Always remember, that turmeric is Fat-soluble and Never Dissolves Completely in Water.

The finer grainy particles of powdered turmeric will slowly get mixed in the water. The grainy particles will still be visible and collect at the bottom.

One more point, pure turmeric powder hardly leaves a deep orange or reddish yellow kind of pigment. Depending on the quality of the turmeric used to make the Powder, the colour generally is a bit towards the lighter side if used moderately. If you are mixing two teaspoons of turmeric powder into a glass of water to check its purity then how deep the colour will come out I cannot guarantee. Less is more, especially for turmeric!

1) Being fat-soluble, turmeric powder will not dissolve instantly into the water or any solvent you are mixing it with.

2) When used moderately the colour is not very deep. A deep Orange or reddish yellow might signal that the turmeric powder is not pure.

As I have already mentioned and I believe many of you already are aware of the fact that turmeric is Fat Soluble. So, mixing turmeric in water and having it will not be of much use to you.

Experts suggest that you take turmeric with some healthy fat for better absorption of the herb into your body.

Some of the best ways to include turmeric in your diet include:

My beauties, now you can rest assured knowing that your body is reaping all the lovely health benefits of turmeric in the finest way possible. Just follow the points given here. One more thing I want to add here. Never consume turmeric excessively. Be moderate in its addition to your diet. Nothing in excess serves good for longer.
