Both men and women wish to stay and look younger for a longer time. I nestle this almost impossible desire deep in my heart.
Why do I call it almost impossible? Because age is that visitor who will not break its promise to come and greet us one day in future for sure. That visitor is not our enemy but someone we are not quite actually fond of. It is sure to bring its charm, we are guilty of loving our youthfulness a bit too obsessively.
Okay enough with my philosophical explanation! I too will start yawning now. I am trying to convince you about the benefits of skin oiling here.
Let me help you discover a simple way by which you can make yourself look younger and naturally glowing for a longer timeframe.
Massaging the Skin with Oil
Come on, don’t look at me so surprised. Oil is not as evil and hostile to you as it is rumoured to be across media and by people.
Your skin can benefit from oiling immensely. It is like a nectar to your skin. Only drinking water and staying hydrated from within will not always help. Lubrication in the form of topical application can do wonders.
Massaging the entire body using a good quality oil can help the skin retain its beautiful and youthful appearance for a longer period.
Oiling the skin helps it to stay hydrated and nadist which delays the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles considerably. Coconut oil Olive Oil, Almond Oil and Sesame Oil are particularly recommended for massaging the entire body before taking a shower.
Massaging the face and neck portion with oil also helps in lymphatic drainage and strengthening the muscles which makes the skin look more firm.
Oil is a food tonic for our skin. Your skin will thank you for giving this tonic after a regular interval of time or if possible daily. It is a very good practice to follow for addressing other skin concerns like dryness, flakiness and blemishes.

Wrapping up
Benefits of skin oiling also include saving your money otherwise spent on anti-ageing products at the initial stage.
If the wrinkles have already found your skin the perfect place to dwell, you might need a bit more intense treatment. Nevertheless, oiling your skin from your 20s or 30s (better if you can start earlier) will help in pushing back the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles on your beautiful face and body.
