Keep the fresh neem leaves and curry leaves for a few days under the direct sunlight. Let the sun’s energy dry roast them naturally. It will increase their shelf life.
Grind both the neem leaves and curry leaves together. If you want, you can crush the leaves using your palm and use the resulting coarse mixture. Your wish!
Keep the powder (it will work fine even if it is a coarse powder) in a glass or ceramic container.
Wake up in the morning. Have half a glass of normal water (lukewarm if you wish). Take a teaspoon of the powder.
Now, pay attention. You have to chew it till it becomes a mushy paste inside your mouth. Mere swallowing helps a little.
If you have easy access to both neem and sweet neem in the form of having a tree in your vicinity, have them fresh without dry roasting the leaves.
Do it for 3-4 days maximum in a week. We want our healthy bacteria to keep doing their job sincerely.
Ps. Pregnant and breastfeeding women are advised to take only curry leaves and avoid neem.
Practise it and see the improvement in a few months. It detoxifies the body, including taking care of the gum and tooth health.
Glory to you. Glory to your health!
