It will not cost you even 50% of your monthly salary to maintain healthy hair and skin. Yes, my dear friends, you do not always have to be at the beauty parlour for beautiful hair and skin.
Through my blogs, I always try to help my readers with homemade and easy-to-follow beauty tips. Today, I will be discussing a few guaranteed beauty benefits of using glycerine.
Glycerine or glycerol is a carbohydrate (sugar alcohol) used in several skin and hair products. This is a sweet syrup-like liquid that has no colour or odour. Vegetable glycerine is derived from plants and grows through the fermentation of sugars. The other variant of glycerine is manufactured using hydrolysis of animal fats or oils of coconut, palm or soybean. It is also considered safe for human consumption and is found in several edible products. Glycerine is a non-toxic ingredient that can be quite friendly to human skin and hair.

Okay, enough with writing Wikipedia of glycerine here. My readers don’t want to know so much about glycerine as you already are quite aware of this beautiful beauty ingredient. Aren’t you?
Let me direct this discussion directly to the part where you can easily maintain good health of your skin and hair to look the natural ‘wow’ version of yourself.
Hair
1) Take half a cup of Rice water and add one teaspoon of Glycerine and 1 teaspoon of Aloe vera. Mix thoroughly and add two to three drops of lime or lemon. Use the mixture all over your hair. Apply the coating on each strand of your hair and use light massage like you would when you apply oil to hair stands. Let your hair soak in all the pampering hydration and moisturizing effects for at least half an hour. Use a mild shampoo and rinse it off.
Boil some rice in the water and strain the slimy liquid. That’s the kind of Rice water am mentioning here. Slimy whitish one. For Aloe Vera gel, you can extract the jail from the aloe vera plants itself or you can use market-available odourless and colourless also vera gel sold in bottles.

Your hair will feel smooth and manageable. Do this once a week. You can do it twice a week if your hair feels very dry and damaged. It will nourish and moisturize your hair, both.
2) Do not apply shampoo directly on your hair without diluting it in water. Now my suggestion for you is to add a teaspoon of glycerine into the mug of water in which you intend to dilute your shampoo. You might not even need an extra conditioner to add moisture to your hair.
Try it once and let me know. You gonna love your hair after doing shampoo even more following this procedure of using glycerine-infused water to dilute the shampoo before you wash your hair with this.
Skin (Body and Face)
1) Take a teaspoon of Glycerine and mix it with an equal amount of Aloe vera gel. Add some rose water to it for a runny fluid-like consistency. Add 1-2 drops of Castor oil or Almond oil. Mix all the ingredients thoroughly tell you get a whitish creamy mixture.
Clean your face using the face wash you use regularly. Pat dry and use this mixture to gently massage your face, hands and whatever other body parts you wish to glamourise using this homemade beauty potion.
It will nourish your skin, moisturize it, keep it hydrated for a longer time and treat several beauty concerns (like dryness, uneven skin tone and brighten the complexion).

Do it before bedtime. Let your skin soak in all the good things it has to offer over a night. Wake up to look naturally beautiful.
2) Add two teaspoons of glycerine to the toner that you generally use. The best will be to pair it with rose water. Spray it normally over your face as you would after a regular face wash. Carry eat along in a spray bottle wherever you go and spray it on your face anytime you wish to after cleansing your face with normal tap water. In all cases, after each application, your skin cells will dance merrily after sipping on this highly refreshing beverage made exclusively for it. You can also use cotton balls or cotton pads to dab this concoction on your face and neck.
