Believe in Possibilities, Ignore Patterns

Our past experiences teach us lessons. But, it’s curriculum never consists of any chapter that says carry on the emotions of the experience going forward, forever. No.

We all have our belief systems, which are healthy and normal. You should have certain ideas, opinions and a belief system of your own. The only thing suggestible and super helpful for us all is BELIEVE IN POSSIBILITIES, NOT PATTERNS.

To learn lessons and smarten up is excellent. But, to expect the same occurrences that frustrated us, disheartened us and scared us would repeat by default is Suicidal. Isn’t it so? Believe, but change what you believe by translating your inner ideas and voices from negative to positive. From patterns we don’t want, to possibilities we want. Like we did in our school days, translating Direct to Indirect Speech and Active Voice to Passive.

It is understandable that it won’t be easy. Our mind, body and whatever heavyweight dignitaries we are sent into this world packed with by the Universe (you can call God or Thakur) wouldn’t make it feel comfortable at the beginning. It is like a new personality one is trying to create. A complete new makeover.

The event was in your past, and so was the Emotion. You are dragging it to take the form of a Pattern. Practise to start believing in Possibilities. Continuing with your belief in Patterns (bad things happen to me) is stubbornness and brings stagnation in life, while believing in Possibilities makes you a focused person with a fantastic future.

Practise to develop and sustain your belief in Possibilities. Change your thoughts and focus to change your reality. You change, Your Life changes.

Close your eyes for just 1-2 minutes. Relax (tough most times, I agree) and say “everything is working wonderfully well for me” or say nothing at all. Imagine and see yourself happy and with the ‘things’ you desire. Doing it for a few seconds to start with will also help. Get a little creative in your thoughts. Start this life-changing game by closing your eyes and imagining what ‘You Want’ for seconds, to gradually increase the time as much as you are happy creating your life story the way you desire.

This is a kind of Meditation, actually. You are meditating on making your life full of possibilities rather than being a prisoner of patterns. 15 minutes a day (start doing it for 30 seconds or a minute or even for less), and the beautiful life story you fabricate in your mind actually starts happening in your life, in the physical realm, slowly but surely.

You have wasted enough energy and wasted life being creative in your thoughts in a negative and depressing style. Didn’t you ever think you would catch infections or put on more weight just like that? Suppose you see a person, who scolds you or criticises you constantly, is stepping towards you. You get to immediately feel nervous, assuming you will get scoldings again when it might be nothing like that at all and start imagining a series of embarassments quicker than the steps the individual takes. Why don’t you instead think that may be the person is just coming to you for a simple question or help, or just to say ‘hello’? The pattern is your prison.

Your loved ones coming home late and haven’t you ever started sharpening your creativity by imagining the person got attacked by street goons or knocked down by a car, or even might have eloped with someone? C’mon, be honest with yourself at least!

Play with your thoughts, turning the patterns into possibilities. Possibilities that you want and desire. Create it in a happy and positive style that you had been doing in a negative style, believing in patterns previously. It is fun. You will see good changes in your life. You will. We all create our lives. God or Universe or Thakur helps and blesses, but this way, you let the unseen divinity see the happiness and hopefulness you would like to be gifted with. You show what you want.

You carry your past experience, emotions and get entraped in the patterns, the Universe sees you deeply desire those patterns to repeat. And wishes get granted- your nightmares become your reality as you believed in them.

You need to show clearly what you want. Possibilities that would make you happy and well, or Patterns that make you feel like throwing up.

What is happening in your life won’t change unless you change. The change begins with a change of thoughts. Forget painful Patterns and focus on joyous Possibilities.

Be creative translating hurtful and fearful thoughts into happy and hopeful thoughts. Your Brain and Sub-conscious mind (soul) do not know that you are fabricating beautiful lies (not lies actually, your sincere wishes are the building blocks of your future). Because, in your life very shortly all these desires will be transformed into the reality by processes that even i don’t know. Nobody has to figure out how.

Believe in Possibilities by Breaking Patterns in Your Mind. You will fail, You try again. Again, you fail, you try. And, you succeed that stays consistently with you forever as you do the rehearsal with constant believing. There is nothng more exciting than creating your life experiences with beautiful thoughts of the things you want. So, create possibilities breaking the prison of old patterns.
