So, now you all know the major health benefits of all the ingredients I add to my turbocharging breakfast add-on.

Let me tell you how I enjoy their taste and health benefits in the morning meal

I keep them soaked in water overnight.

I soak almonds separately as it makes the water coloured and is not to be consumed ever. I also peel off the soaked skin before having it. I take 3 almonds.

I soak 2-3 dried figs, 3 cashew nuts, a teaspoon of pumpkin+ sunflower seeds and around 10 raisins overnight. I consume the water in which these are soaked.

I chew all these till they all become a lump-free paste inside my mouth. I keep chewing them till nothing is left of them and are ready to dissolve inside the mouth with a little addition of water. I drink half a glass of water afterward.

If you want you can chew 2-3 whole black peppers along to add a dash of pungency to the sweety-sweet breakfast add-on.

I then, after a while, take something light in the breakfast.

Have it just 4 times a week. Not daily you need to take turbocharged doses. Okay?

Wrapping up

Trust me, this breakfast add-on will improve your overall health considerably. Just ensure you aren’t allergic to these or any of these ingredients.

Some may wonder how could I possibly miss out on Walnuts. Well, they are excellent superpower food undoubtedly. I didn’t mention it simply because I don’t have them. If you want, you definitely should include walnuts too.
