Bad Food Taken in Good Mood Is Okay, Occasionally!

Good food of high nutritional value consumed optimally at appropriate intervals surely enhances our health and keeps us in good form. 

But what science has discovered can astonish a lot of us. In an experiment conducted at Ohio State University in 1979, a few rabbits were fed high-cholesterol food for a prescribed duration and their medical reports conducted afterwards showed they developed no consequential health-related issues. 

People were amazed guessing what could have kept them healthy and immune from the effects of highly unhealthy foods. It was then discovered that the food items were not only thrown to them casually but the caretakers also fed them using their own hands and they made the feeding session quite a Happy one. Yes, they would be patting their back, cuddling them, brushing the soft hair on their head, playing with their tails lovingly and keep the environment very friendly and Happy for them.  

This was the Magic that is scientifically backed and proven now. It shows the inexplicable and remarkably wonderful healing properties of our body that can turn not-so-healthy food also into something that the body can benefit from by eliminating the wastage comfortably, without making the person undergo any suffering only if they know how to stay happy. 

Understand the Mind-Body Health Rapport

It is very important to not only pay attention to what we are eating but also to pay attention to our mood and mental state in which we are taking our food. The mindset and the immediate environment during mealtime do matter. 

When you consume food in a happy state lovingly the food does wonders to your body that is miraculously nutritive for it. The same food when you take in a sad or agitated mood (or when you are feeling any other negative energy) will turn into poison and severely challenge the healthy state of your body.

This controls the reactions of the body in favourable terms that keep the body unaffected by the effects we dread. 

Some people always say jokingly that they will put on weight even by sniffing food from afar. Wow, congratulations that’s what is gonna happen now! 

They take their meal reluctantly feeling scared and anxious, which impacts the digestive system’s functioning and proper processing of the food fails. The body gets deprived of any nutrition and the harmful chemicals, triggered by the troubled state of mind, harm the body dragging it to a not-so-desirable state. 

They keep on Increasing weight because they are totally convinced they will put on weight even at the sight of food items. 

Don’t Eat Your Food in Disgust

When you force down some food (no matter how healthy) making funny faces in an unhappy mood the desired effects never show on your body. Forcefully swallowing food hardly helps because the body also develops a hostile attitude towards that food item and treats it like a foreign item that needs to be defeated and discarded. 

Relax Your Mood Before Eating Anything 

Do yourself a favour and take food when you feel like having it, in a happy state of mind. 

If you are feeling very sad, don’t have your heavy meal. If you are feeling very angry and frustrated swallow water but don’t try to force down your food into your stomach. Food taken in a disturbed state of mind will disturb your health for sure.

 Our body can tackle well even a small amount of poison provided you stay confident about the healing capability of your body and don’t give much thought to the anxiety and unnecessarily stressing over the fact that you had it and something bad surely will happen to your health.

Be happy when you have your food or, at least maintain a peaceful state of mind. You can enjoy your favourite not-so-healthy snacks and desserts Sometimes and still stay fit-n-fine. Once you start feeling good about putting something inside your body, it obeys you and coordinates keeping the internal physiological workflow intact. Anything contradicting the ‘feeling good’ state will hamper the general functioning of the organs and due to improper processing of the food, the result always gets distorted.
