Today is World Happiness Day. I cannot use work pressure as an excuse to miss writing something for it. After all, my passion for Health, Beauty and Happiness cannot die that easily.
Staying happy, or being able to stay happy, is a huge blessing that many of us are completely unaware of in life. Yes, happiness is indeed a state of mind. But, forcefully trying to be happy in every situation is not something any normal human being can do.
I wish everybody finds that one or two things they need absolutely to be happy from within! Those one or two core desires I hope everybody finds! The other hurdles, disappointments and challenges can be happily dealt with for sure if one’s deepest desires find fulfilment. Isn’t it?
Ok, enough blabbing! Let’s start with what I intend to write today on World Happiness Day.
Some scientifically proven facts about SMILING-
1) A smile can stimulate your brain as much as 2000 Chocolate Bars can. I don’t have the money to buy 2000 chocolates every day, so I should start smiling now.
2) The Scent of Flowers can instantly evoke a feeling of happiness inside us. Next time you feel low, smell some fresh flowers.
3)Amongst all the colours, Yellow is proven to infuse the sense of happiness in a person. If you are feeling Blue, wear something Yellow. Yellow Yellow, is a HAPPY fellow!
4) Babies do smile right from their staycation inside the mother’s womb. Children smile more often than younger adults and older citizens. What carefree cutie creatures on earth they are!
5) 50 to 80% of one’s ability to find happiness in everything is a Genetic affair. Happy parents usually have happy children or, at least, they know how to keep themselves happy even in pressing situations.
6)Smiling encourages the release of neuropeptides and neurotransmitters (dopamine) that uplift your mood. Stop taking antidepressants and smile often. Watch a comedy film or think of a pleasant memory and smile.
So, we have enough solid reasons to smile, don’t we? Trick your brain and life with a smile to gain Health, Prosperity, Positivity and More! Smile so hard that your pain feels ashamed to bother you again.
