My Way to Have Amla
You may take amla anyway you please. But, I will tell you my way of enjoying Amla as I maintain this blog to share with you how I maintain Health, Beauty and Happiness.
It’s very simple and tasty when added with other healthy ingredients.
1)Take 1-2 Amlas or Indian Gooseberries
2)An inch of Ginger
3)Half inch of Raw Turmeric ( optional)
4) Regular drinking water
Take all these and blend. A little more water depending on the level of consistency you can manage swallowing.
Enjoy your potion of good health! It’s that simple.
Remember guys,
Try Not to take it on an empty stomach. I don’t do that.
Have it around 10-12pm. After breakfast.
If you took any dairy product during breakfast, have this half an hour after lunch.
Don’t take it after dusk.
Have 3-4 days a week. This much will be enough. Not everyday.
You can add Black Pepper, a few slices of cucumber and a few mint leaves for improving the taste. It can be a very soothing drink.
Do Not discard or strain out the fibre. Never. No need to discard anything.
If you find it difficult to swallow along with the fibre (it shouldn’t be so), dilute it using more water during blending.
Lastly, don’t complicate the recipe by adding a lot of healthy ingredients in it. Keep things simple.
Amla is readily available across the Indian market. Where it is not available that easily, one can buy amla powder from a trusted source. Take a teaspoon of amla powder post breakfast or lunch then
But, it is always best to have amla in its raw form.
