Yes, you can great a whole Amla and mix it with any sweet chutney that you love to have. Many of us do not like sweet chutney so adding grated Amla to eat will add a sufficient those of awareness that will overall improve the chutney’s taste.

Listen, you don’t need to make Amla murabba or Amla chutney. Staying true to my blog title, I am not recommending anything that will take even 10 minutes of your time and make you cook anything to have amla. Any pre-cooked chutney you take. Or, any chutney that comes from the supermarket in a packed form. Grate an amla and just mix the item directly to the chutney (pour as much as you wish to have in a bowl). Grate a small beetroot or half of a beetroot. Great a whole Amla. Both these items into a glass of water or a small jug of water. Add a little black paper and A pinch of rock salt.

Add grated Amla to your choice of salad. I can tell you what I do with mine. I crush a few peanuts, chop an onion and green chilies, add mixed savoury snacks (Chanachur or Namkeen) and to these include 1’grated amla. Sheikh all the mixture once and enjoy it as my favourite evening snack.

I take only one Amla in a day. So, naturally, all these three items I never consume in a single day I do with alternatively as per my taste buds’ demand. Now you can try any or all of this to make your Amla intake routine feel exciting and delicious.
