Extract the outer hard coating or the bark of Bahera and Haritaki. Take them and grind them along with dried amla. Keep the powder in an airtight container. It will stay for months. Take 1 teaspoon from that Triphala powder and have it with a cup of water. Room temperature water will do fine. If you want, you can also take lukewarm water. Only 3 nights a week.
Turmeric (Curcuma longa) + Amla (Phyllanthus emblica) + Ginger (Zingiber officinale)
Sip this cocktail to give a kiss to health. It boosts immunity, improves digestion, and is a powerhouse of antioxidants and Vitamin C.
